APPROVAL OF NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT AT LAMARQUE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BETWEEN THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE CITY OF NORTH PORT - UTILITIES DEPARTMENT
Description
This easement will provide easements for the operation and maintenance of a sanitary sewer lift station and will also provide access to the utilities tying into said lift station. This easement has been approved by the School Board attorney.
Recommendation
That the Non-Exclusive Easement at Lamarque Elementary School between the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, and the City of North Port - Utilities Department be approved as presented.
